The reason I chose this Volkswagen ad is that to make a good TV ad, it can be a simple one that can make it a likeable for all people. The add tells a story about a little kid who pretends to be Darth Vader, the iconic character from Star Wars trying to use the “force” on certain stuffs. In my opinion, this ad is really clever, original, sweet and memorable even without any voice and with only little of body language. This approach from VW is really different from any other car ad, which focuses more on the benefits and specification. Volkswagen only shows a glimpse of the car and didn’t mention any of the USP of the car itself. But there are a couple of points that can be taken, first the ad is very memorable and likeable towards the public, this way people will talk about it and automatically hype the brand Volkswagen automatically. Secondly, even VW does not show any of the USP, the ad is more focused on using an emotional storytelling to be intimate with the customers. Overall, a really a good ad and one of my personal favourite.
As for the post. I found no mistakes in spelling and grammar.
I would have to say that the ad is definitely different from other car ads, as usually at the beginning of car ads, the product which uis the car would already appear quite early in the ad but in this case, the car only appeared at the end of the ad. This is a good tactic as it forces people to watch the entire ad to know what is it about and not dismmising it early becuase it is just a car ad. The message that Volkswagen is trying to convey that their cars are also perfect for the family.
Volkswagon das auto, seems like most of the people know about this tagline. Will this ads just really take my attention, since once i finish watching this ads, my mind keep repeating the song. Well i agree that you say the ad is very clever, sweet and memorable. The content is about family, this ads shows how good this car is, and how happy when a family have this car.
Overall , its a good ad

It's about Star Wars, the kid are entertaining himself by acting one of the character in Star Wars. In the beginning of ad, the musics are cool and action to attract my attention and keep watching it, and i realise the ad is about a sweet family having this car. The kid probably takes the most important role in this ad and promote about their new product, and they actually did it. The reason they caught my attention on it is because the sweet , adorable family, nice muscis and the kid. This advertisement is easy understanding and cool, they mostly target about those people who had family, the adults to purchase their car, and they might have the sweet family like this ad.

I really like how this ad is placed and played out. It is funny, adorable and sweet. The role of the kid has caught many attention as they are trying to sell out the new Passat which is more to a family sedan car. Hence, I think Volkswagon has definitely succeed to grab the targeted audience which are adults with families's attention
